CANCELLATIONS -

Due to loss of income, we ask that any cancellations be made no later than 24 hours prior to appointment.

A 20% booking fee will be asked for when booking an appointment, and any cancellations within 24 hours of this appointment will mean the booking fee is forfeited. The booking fee will be subtracted from payment after the service is complete.

Any no shows will not be rebooked without FULL PAYMENT of appointment missed.

Multiple no shows will not be rebooked.
